Qi (vital energy) gong (dedicated practice) is an ancient health and longevity practice. Through the interplay of meditation and movement, practicing qigong enhances our ability to navigate the stresses of everyday life that can move us out of balance. We are able to open our hearts and reconnect with our true Nature, while deepening our connection with others and our environment.

Trained with Ling Gui International since 2004 under the guidance of Master Liu He, Maureen Bright brings depth, clarity, and warmth to her qigong teaching. Drawing on over two decades of dedicated practice, she offers accessible teachings rooted in a deep respect for qigong as a living tradition that supports balance, vitality, and resilience in daily life.
